Customer seeks for Contractor’s help in registering of developer account inside App Distribution store (AppStore) in order to deploy apps maintained by Customer.
Upon successful registration of developer account Contractor gives Customer all required credentials, passing this account to Customer. Customer uses this account to deploy apps maintained by Customer to devices, maintained by Customer.
Contractor should not use developer account after it will be given away to Customer.
Usage of Service is defined as your registration in Dashboard of a Service.
Contractor uses self-billing service on Customer’s website (dashboard) where he can request payout for number of devices that may be used (registered and active) to deploy apps on passed account. Price for every device calculated dynamically and displayed on Customer’s website (dashboard), Customer and Contractor agreed that work should be paid on “per device” basis. Customer’s website (dashboard) generates Invoice automatically, based on data submitted by Contractor.
Contractor may be paid by direct bank transfer, PayPal or wise.com account
Contractor proves that accounts were registered legitimately and were paid from Contractor’s own funds. Price of account included into price of Contractor’s work.
Contractor assumes taxation obligations on himself, depending on country of residence.
Contractor and Customer agrees to resolve disputes between each other via support desk. In case on non-resolution, disputes should be resolved via Arbitration Court of Chamber of Commerce of Estonia.
