1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

You are using SignApp - Application Signing service in the cloud, operated by AYSA OÜ since 1 May 2018, registered with number 14471074 in Republic Of Estonia. (Previously operated by GALA SOFT LP, registered number LP2063 in Republic of Ireland).

By using or visiting the our website or any our products, data feeds, you acknowledge that you have read and accept the TOS. If you do not agree to any of these terms or conditions, please do not use the Service.

We reserve the exclusive right to decide what can and cannot be done through its Service.

Usage of Service is defined as your registration in Dashboard of a Service.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

It is unique service that helps you to deploy your apps to Apple-branded devices, or even to Apple AppStore, if you don't have a Apple-branded computer. We are signing your app in the cloud and pushing it back to you, completely compatible and installable to your devices.

To use our Service you need: 1) Register in Apple Developer Program and create Cryptographic Identity that you will use to deploy your app. 2) Attach Cryptographic Identity in Dashboard of our service. 3) Develop your apps and build unsigned application package (hereinafter "IPA"). 4) Upload IPA to Service for signing in the cloud. 5) Wait till Service will reserve computing resources for signing your app with your cryptographic identity. 6) Download signed IPA from Service.

3. OBLIGATIONS RELATING TO REGISTRATION AND CHILD PROTECTION

In order to utilize the Service, the User must agree to represent that he/she is of legal age to form a binding contract and is not a person barred from receiving services under applicable laws and regulations.

4. PRIVACY POLICY AND INFORMATION ON PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

5. USER CONDUCT

We reserve the right to access any account and any file, without prior notice and/or authorization, in order to verify the Users' compliance with the TOS. Personal data (if any) provided to us remains the User's property. The User allows us to use this information for operational and marketing purposes. This information will never be sold or ceded to the 3rd parties, unless specifically requested by laws, or unless explicitly agreed to by the User. The use of this Service is entirely at the User's risk. Services are provided without any implicit or explicit guarantees. In no way is the Service responsible for eventual damages deriving from the inaccessibility to personal information, from the loss or alteration of stored materials by other Users, or by any other event, including service interruption.

6. INDEMNITY

In the event of legal action brought on by a third party in relation to Content submitted, posted, published or otherwise made available through the Service, and/or in relation to any Users' conduct, and/or in relation to the User's violation of the TOS, and/or of the User's infringement of rights of others, the User agrees to indemnify us, and our affiliates, partners, owners, officers, agents, and employees from all claims and demands (including legal fees).

7. NO RESALE OR COMMERCIAL USE OF SERVICE

The User agrees not to reproduce, copy, duplicate, sell, resell or in any way use for commercial purposes any part of the Service, including access to the Service.

By accepting our terms of service, you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your data by our third party partners for the purposes of: (i) providing or improving their services; (ii) enabling third parties to assist us and the retailer and venues (in which the beacons are located) in better serving and understanding our users; and (iii) sharing your data with third parties so they can provide or enable the provision of content, offers or other marketing solutions that may be of interest to you. You also consent to having your data transferred to and processed in the United States or any other jurisdiction in which our third party partners or their parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, service providers or partners maintain facilities. If you do not consent to the collection and transfer of the aforementioned data through the identification of your mobile device, we recommend that you: (a) delete our app or adjust the in-app settings of the app; or (b) opt out of sharing your mobile advertiser ID by limiting ad tracking on the device. For iOS, navigate to your Settings > Select Privacy > Select Advertising > Enable the “Limit Ad Tracking” setting.

Attached cryptographic identities

Our website and related services may store attached by users cryptographic entities and must not disclose that information to anyone except such information provider, if it is not required by applicable laws.

Shared operating systems executables

We may store operating system executables provided by users. User must have explicit permission to store/share every single executable. Permission granted to us by clicking "share" button can be revoked only by executable owner or any copyrights holders that were confirmed by applicable procedures of applicable laws.
